沙棘叶水溶性多糖SJ21的分离纯化及组成分析
Isolition,Purification and Composition Analysis of Water Soluble Polysaccharide of Leave in Hippohae rhamnoides L
【摘要】 本文的目的是研究沙棘叶中的多糖组分.采用热水提取乙醇沉淀获得沙棘叶水溶性粗多糖的方法,用酸性乙醇和DEAESephdexA25进行分离纯化,红外光谱鉴定多糖,纸层析及气相色谱分析其单糖组成.结果证明:纯度鉴定表明SJ21为纯多糖,分子量约为70KD.SJ21红外光谱中有典型的多糖和β型糖苷键吸收峰.纸层析及气相色谱分析其单糖组成为Xyl、Ara、Man、Glc、Gal,摩尔比为1.0∶2.1∶2.9∶5.3∶3.7.SJ21为首次从沙棘叶中提取获得.
【Abstract】 The polysaccharides of leave in Hippohaerhamnoides L.were isolated and purified by methods of acidic ethanol fractionation and DEAESephadex A25 gelfiltration.Scanning by IR,paper chromatography and GC were used to analyse its composition.Results showed ST21 was homogeneous.Its average molecular weight is 70KD.Typical absorption of polysaccharides was shown in its IR spectrum.It contained βglucosidic bonds by IR analysis.It was composed of Xyl、Ara、Glc、Man、Gal and its molar ratio is:1.0∶2.1∶2.9∶5.3∶3.7.It is the first time to isolate SJ21 from leave in Hippohaerhamnoides L.
