【摘要】 本文的目的是研究沙棘叶中的多糖组分.采用热水提取乙醇沉淀获得沙棘叶水溶性粗多糖的方法,用酸性乙醇和DEAE_SephdexA₂5进行分离纯化,红外光谱鉴定多糖,纸层析及气相色谱分析其单糖组成.结果证明:纯度鉴定表明SJ21为纯多糖,分子量约为70KD.SJ21红外光谱中有典型的多糖和β型糖苷键吸收峰.纸层析及气相色谱分析其单糖组成为Xyl、Ara、Man、Glc、Gal,摩尔比为1.0∶2.1∶2.9∶5.3∶3.7.SJ21为首次从沙棘叶中提取获得.更多还原

【Abstract】 The polysaccharides of leave in Hippohaerhamnoides L.were isolated and purified by methods of acidic ethanol fractionation and DEAE_Sephadex A₂5 gel_filtration.Scanning by IR,paper chromatography and GC were used to analyse its composition.Results showed ST₂₁ was homogeneous.Its average molecular weight is 70KD.Typical absorption of polysaccharides was shown in its IR spectrum.It contained β_glucosidic bonds by IR analysis.It was composed of Xyl、Ara、Glc、Man、Gal and its molar ratio is:1.0∶2.1∶2.9∶5.3∶3.7.It is the first time to isolate SJ₂₁ from leave in Hippohaerhamnoides L.更多还原
