【摘要】 目的:了解四川省凉山彝族自治州某吸毒严重地区暗娼吸毒情况及其影响因素。方法:从社区招募暗娼调查其社会人口学、吸毒、性行为方式和安全套使用情况。结果:提供知情同意和符合纳入标准的343人中,近3个月内暗娼中吸毒的占9.3%(32/343),其中静脉吸毒的占43.8%(14/32)。多因素分析结果显示当地居民(OR值为7.16;95%CI为2.47-20.69)、低档性服务场所(OR值为10.66;95%CI为2.79-40.72)、近6个月内新性伴人数多(OR值为4.12;95%CI为1.22-13.96)和吸烟(OR值为45.36;95%CI为9.61-214.17)与暗娼吸毒有关。结论:暗娼中存在着经吸毒和性传播HIV的高危行为,需针对这一人群采取有效的干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the drug use practices among female sex workers (FSWs) in Xichang of Sichuan province and to identify factors associated with their drug use. Methods: From December, 2004 to January, 2005, a community-based survey was conducted to investigate demographic characteristics, drug use, sexual behaviors and condom use among FSWs. A total of 343 subjects were recruited for the study by community outreach and peer recruiting methods. Results: Among 343 FSWs, 9.3% (32) used drugs in the past 3 months. Of 32 drug users, 43.8% injected drug. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Xichang residence (OR, 7.16; 95% CI, 2.47-20.69), place of sex service (OR, 10.66; 95% CI, 2.79-40.72), number of any new sex partner(s) in the past 6 months (OR, 4.12; 95% CI, 1.22-13.96) and smoking (OR, 45.36; 95% CI, 9.61-214.17) were independently associated with drug use among FSWs. Conclusion: AIDS related sexual and drug injecting high risk behaviors exist among FSWs in Xichang city. Specific and effective interventions in this area are called with much urgency.更多还原
