【摘要】 目的探讨清热化湿愈疡合剂对消化性溃疡(脾胃湿热证)的作用机制。方法观察清热化湿愈疡合剂对实验性胃溃疡(脾胃湿热证)大鼠溃疡愈合的作用及对胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。结果清热化湿愈疡合剂对实验性胃溃疡(脾胃湿热证)大鼠溃疡有显著疗效,能明显提高大鼠胃黏膜PGE2含量,且随剂量增加而作用增强;明显降低大鼠血清IL-8含量,且存在一定的量-效关系。结论清热化湿愈疡合剂具有治疗消化性溃疡(脾胃湿热证)的药理作用基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Qingrehuashiyuyang Mixture(清热化湿愈疡合剂) for rats with peptic ulcer,Spleen and Stomach Moist Heat Syndrome.Methods:To observe the effect of Qingrehuashiyuyang Mixture effect on healing ulcer,include the changes of the content of PGE2 existed in gastric mucosa,IL-8.Results:Qingrehuashiyuyang Mixture is markedly effective in healing ulcer on rats.It could obviously improve the content of PGE2 existed in gastric mucosa,moreover the effect will be reinforced with the augment of the dosage provided.Further,it could evidently reduce the content of IL-8 of the experimental rats and have dose-effect relationship.Conclusion:Qingrehuashiyuyang Mixture have basic of pharmacological action to treat PU,Spleen and Stomach Moist Heat Syndrome.更多还原
