【摘要】 目的观察BQ注射液对动物血小板聚集的影响。方法大鼠和家兔静脉给药后,分别测定其血小板聚集率。结果BQ注射液22mg/kg、44mg/kg组能有效抑制大鼠血小板最大聚集率,BQ注射液各剂量组均可以显著抑制ADP、AA和PAF诱导的离体家兔血小板聚集。结论BQ注射液能明显抑制血小板聚集,可能为其治疗脑梗死的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of BQ Injection on platelet aggregation.Methods:Give rats and domestic rabbits drug intravenously,platelet aggregation rate was determined.Results:BQ Injection 22mg/kg,44mg/kg could significantly decrease the maximal rate of platelet aggregation in rats,BQ Injection in any dose could obviously inhibit the rate of isolated platelet aggregation induced by ADP,AA and PAF in domestic rabbits.Conclusion:BQ Injection could obviously inhibit platelet aggregation,which maybe on of the mechanism of BQ Injection oncuring cerebral infarction.更多还原
