【摘要】 目的了解某高校新生乙型肝炎(乙肝)感染情况及乙肝知识态度现状。方法对2004年邯郸市某高校新生2 352人体检测定乙肝表面抗原,对表面抗原阳性者测定乙肝病毒标记物(两对半),并自行设计问卷对学生进行乙肝知识及态度现状调查。结果该高校新生HBsAg阳性率为1.91%,男女生之间及城乡之间差异均无统计学意义。“大三阳”阳性率为0.98%,HBsAg、HBeAg双阳性率为0.09%,“小三阳”阳性率为0.64%。问卷调查结果:80%以上的学生知道“大三阳”比“小三阳”传染性强,乙肝病毒携带者及肝功能异常者不能献血,乙肝是危害极大的传染病,并愿意帮助乙肝感染者。认为应该对高校学生进行“性教育”的占96.1%,且女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义。认为乙肝属于“性病”(17.7%)、正确使用避孕套可以预防乙肝(31.6%)、愿意和乙肝感染者住同一个宿舍(16.8%)、并和乙肝感染者交往(43.8%)的较少。结论该高校新生HBsAg阳性率低于全国9.75%平均水平。学校应该通过各种健康教育,使学生对乙肝有一个正确的认识和理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To learn the status of HBV infection and relevant knowledge among college freshmen in Handan.([Methods])HBsAg of 2 352 college freshmen was tested in 2004;hepatitis B virus labels were tested on those who were found with positive HBsAg;questionnaires were designed to investigate HBV knowledge among the students.[Results]The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.91%;no significant difference was found between different genders and hometowns;0.98% of the participants were found with positive HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc;the positive rate of both HBsAg and HBeAg was 0.09%;more than 80% of the students had some basic knowledge of hepatitis B and were willing to help the hepatitis B patients.96.1% of the students advocate sexual education,significant difference was found between genders.17.7% considered hepatitis B as venereal disease,31.6% knew that using condom could prevent hepatitis B,16.8% were willing to live with the hepatitis B patients in the same dormitory,only 43.8% were willing to communicate with them.[Conclusion]The positive rate of HBsAg among the freshmen of this college is lower than that of the national mean level(9.75%).A variety of health education should be carried out among the college students.更多还原
