【摘要】 目的探讨细菌性前列腺炎患者的病原菌检测和药敏试验对临床治疗的指导作用。方法对98例前列腺炎患者的前列腺液作细菌培养和药敏试验并进行分析。结果98例标本培养阳性70例,阳性率为71.42%,主要以革兰阳性球菌为主,占92.8%。药敏试验结果显示常规使用的抗生素如青霉素G、氨苄西林、红霉素类、复方新诺明(SMZ)、环丙沙星等耐药率较高,而对先锋Ⅴ、庆大霉素(GEN)、先锋必(CFP)等敏感性较高。结论前列腺炎患者的病原菌分析及药敏试验对指导临床合理用药具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the directive function of pathogenic detection and drug sensitivity test for clinical treatment of bacterial prostatitis.[Methods]Bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test were carried out on the succus prostaticus of 98 prostatitis patients;analysis was made on the result.[Results]The positive rate of the cultured samples was 71.42%(70/98),among which 92.8% were gram-positive coccus;the drug sensitivity test indicated that the resistance rate of the common antibiotics like penicillin G,ampicillin,erythromycin, SMZ and CIP was quite high,while drug sensitivity rate of cephapirin V,GEN and CFP was rather high.[Conclusion]Pathogenic detection and drug sensitivity test on the prostatitis patients has great significance for directing clinical prescription.更多还原
