【摘要】 目的了解江门市中心医院女职工健康状况,为采取早期预防疾病的措施提供依据。方法由保健科负责组织对该院586名女职工进行体检。内容包括:一般体检、肝功能、血脂、血糖、HBV 5项生物标志物、血尿酸、血常规、尿常规、EB病毒检测、B超、心电图、胸片检查。将体检资料进行统计学分析。结果586名女职工查出疾病23种。其中患内外科疾病共451人,占体检总人数的76.96%,检出内外科疾病中占前5位的分别为高血脂(18.6%)、高血糖(12.28%)、脂肪肝(11.94%)、高血压(11.6%)、肝胆疾病(9.55%)。检出妇科疾病共357人,占体检总人数60.92%,检出妇科疾病中前3位疾病为乳腺增生、阴道炎、宫颈炎,检出率为33.61%、11.77%和7.67%。结论定期进行体检,有助于早期发现疾病,早期治疗,为女职工身体健康提供早期干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To learn the health status of the female staff of Jiangmen Central hospital and provide basis for taking early preventive measures against diseases.[Methods] Physical examination was done on 589 female staff members in the hospital including general examination,liver function,blood lipid,blood sugar,5 HBV organic labels,uric acid,blood routine,urine routine,EB virus detection,B ultrasonic,electrocardiogram and chest X-ray.Statistic analysis was made on the examination data.[Results] 23 kinds of diseases were found among the 586 female staff members;451 cases(78.96%) were found with internal and external diseases,the top 5 of which were hyperlipidemia(18.6%),hyperglycemia(12.28%),fatty liver(11.94%),hypertension(11.6%) and hepatobiliary disease((9.55%).) 357 cases were found with gynecological diseases(60.92%),the top 3 of which were hyperplasia of mammary glands((33.61%),) vaginitis(11.77%) and cervical erosion(7.67%).[Conclusion] Regular physical examination contributes to early diagnoses and treatment and can provide intervening measures for the health of female staff.更多还原
