【摘要】 目的探讨急性乙醇中毒对白细胞参数及其形态学的影响。方法应用AC.TdittTM三分类全自动血细胞分析仪测定白细胞参数;取静脉血,制成血膜,瑞氏染色,油镜观察白细胞形态。结果406例急性乙醇中毒患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对数、淋巴细胞绝对数和中间型细胞绝对数均高于正常对照组,P<0.001。白细胞分类计数中淋巴细胞比例高于正常对照组,P<0.001;中性粒细胞比例与中间型细胞比例低于正常对照组,P<0.05和<0.001。108例急性乙醇中毒患者白细胞形态主要有以下改变:中毒颗粒、空泡变性、D hle小体(杜勒氏小体)、核棘突、巨多核中性粒细胞、核变性,出现异型淋巴细胞和具有卫星核的淋巴细胞等。结论急性乙醇中毒可引起白细胞计数的增高,白细胞分类计数的紊乱,以及白细胞形态的异常改变,由酗酒导致的病态造血应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the effect of acute alcoholism on the parameters and morphology of leucocytes.[Methods] A^C.(Tditt^TM) 3-part automatic hematology analyzer was used to determine the parameters of leucocytes;morphology of leucocytes was studied in blood smear with microscope.[Results] The leucocytes count,absolute neutrophils count,lymphocytes count and absolute middle cells count among the 406 cases of acute alcoholism were all higher than that among the control group（P<0.001）.In the leucocytes differentiation count,the percentage of lymphocytes was higher than that of the control group（P<0.001）,the percentage of neutrophils and middle cells were lower than that of the control group（P<0.05 and P<0.001）.Among the 108 cases of acute alcoholism,some changes of morphology of leucocytes were found,including toxic granulation,vacuole degeneration,Dhle bodies,nuclear spine,hyper-segmented neutrocytes,degeneration of nucleus,atypical lymphocytes and lymphocytes with satellite nucleus.[Conclusion] Acute alcoholism may cause leucocylosis,confusion of leucocytes differentiation count and abnormal morphology of leucocytes.Great importance should be attached to the morbid hematopoiesis caused by alcoholism.更多还原
