【摘要】 目的了解潍坊市预防接种门诊现场接种状况。方法在接种日期间,采取接种门诊事先不通知的情况下,进行现场接种工作评价。结果被调查的48处接种门诊,房屋的设置完善,接种室使用面积≥40 m2的占81.3%,设施的配备完善;有较强技术水平的接种专业队伍,接种人员5人以上的占85.4%;免疫接种过程的管理在调查的20项指示中只有在接种证的及时登记合格率为79.2%,其余各项均达到83.3%~100%。各处均实行集中订购、逐级分发疫苗与注射器。结论各地计划免疫工作发展不平衡,个别的接种门诊开诊启用的接种室数量不足,接种操作不规范。今后要加强对预防接种门诊的现场接种工作的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To learn the locale vaccination situation in the clinics of Weifang.[Methods] Locale evaluation was made on the vaccination work without notice before hand.[Results] 81.3% of the 48 evaluated clinics had consummate vaccination room with a square of over 40 m2;85.4% of them had 5 or more vaccinating staff members;among the 20 indexes in the vaccination course,the eligibility rate of the timely vaccination card registration was 79.2%,others’ were all between 83.3% and 100%.[Conclusion] The development of vaccination work was unbalanced between different areas with insufficient vaccination rooms and unstandardized operation.Administration on the vaccination work should be strengthened.更多还原
