【摘要】 目的调查了解2004年12月20日清远市某县山区镇一所小学学前班29名儿童先后出现腹痛、恶心、呕吐等症状的发病原因。方法通过流行病学调查及结合临床诊断进行分析。结果发病的29名儿童每人误食了2~8个桐油果,食用多的发病快症状严重,经及时治疗,中毒儿童全部康复。结论这是一起由于儿童误吃桐油果引起的急性食物中毒。应加强对儿童行为的监护、管理和饮食卫生及饮食安全的指导和教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the causes for the symptoms of stomachache,nausea and vomiting among 29 children of a primary school of Qingyuan in Dec.20th of 2004.[Methods] Epidemiological survey was conducted and analysis was made according to the clinical diagnosis.[Results] All the 29 children mis-ate 2 to 8 tung oil fruits,the more one ate,the more serious and earlier the symptoms were found.Fortunately,all the poisoned children recovered after timely treatment. [Conclusion] This is an acute food poisoning caused by mis-eating tung oil fruits.Custody,supervision and food hygiene instructions should be strengthened for the children.更多还原
