【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症。方法2002年12月~2004年12月期间在沧州市妇幼保健院门诊诊治排卵障碍性不孕症患者400例,随机分为两组,研究组为中药人工周期结合克罗米酚治疗,疗程6个月;对照组为单纯应用克罗米酚,观察排卵率及妊娠率。结果研究组排卵率为85%,妊娠率为67%;对照组排卵率为79%,妊娠率为38%。结论中西医结合法从根本上调理月经周期,补肾促排卵,提高了妊娠率,弥补了单纯法排卵率高、妊娠率低的不足,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore a cyclic treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treating ovulation dysfunction.[Methods] 400 cases of ovulation dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups,namely the case group and the control group.The case group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and the control group was treated with western method only for 6 months respectively.The ovulation rate and pregnant rate were observed.[Results] The ovulation rates of the case group and control group were 85% and 79% respectively;the pregnant rates of them were 67% and 38% respectively.[Conclusion] The cyclic treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can regulate the unbalanced menstruation and increase the ovulation rate and pregnant rate,which makes up the disadvantage of simple western method.更多还原
