【摘要】 建国以来,渔业科技创新对我国渔业的发展起着重要的作用。主要表现在:有效地拓展了渔业生产水域、提高了渔业水域利用率和劳动生产率、开发出了新的渔业生产对象、促进了渔业生产方式的变革。在所有的创新中,有以“四大家鱼”、海带、对虾育苗技术的突破等为代表的原始创新;以池塘大面积高产技术、抗风浪海水网箱养殖技术为代表的集成创新;以罗非鱼、海湾扇贝等一批名特优品种引进和本土化养殖成功为代表的引进消化吸收再创新。新时期,为了实现渔业在更高层次上的发展,渔业科技创新要抓好科技创新体系建设、完善渔业科技自主创新机制、加强自主创新的突破口、改革与完善现有水产技术推广体系、实施渔业科技培训工程、加强渔业领域国际科技合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific & Technical innovations have plaid a very important role in Chinese fishery development since 1949 in the ways of expanding fishery waters,enhancing water utilization and working efficiency,producing new varieties and upgrading production patterns.Of all the innovations,there are initiated innovations including Chinese carps breeding,kelp breeding and shrimp breeding;integrated innovations including high yield production of pond fish culture in a large area and anti-wave cage culture in sea water;and digested innovations including species introductions of Tilapia,Bay scallop and Turbot.In the new period of time,the innovations should be further promoted by improving the systems and mechanisms,targeting at some key technologies,reforming and improving the existing technical extension work,strengthening capacity building and international collaboration.更多还原
