基于Pro/E的PDC钻头三维参数化布齿设计
The three-dimensional parameterized tooth placement design PDC cutter base on Pro/E
【摘要】 合理的布齿是保证PDC钻头有优良工作性能的关键。在Pro/E中建立了切削齿三维实体模型和PDC钻头三维参数化实体模型,并编写了相应的计算程序,计算各个切削齿前后中心点的精确坐标,并对Pro/E模型进行验证。为PDC钻头布齿设计提供了可靠的依据,为PDC钻头精确布齿走向自动化打下了基础。
【Abstract】 It is the key to ensure that PDC bit has choiceness of the work performance to reasonably place cutting . This paper builds three-dimensional model of PDC cutter and PDC bit ; and writes relevant computer program to validate the results. This paper provides a reference for placement of tooth for PDC bit and a ground for automatized placement of tooth for PDC bit.
