【摘要】 为了探讨中医藏象理论在色诊中的应用,从色见于外,脏应于内;色以察其外,脉以知其内等方面分析中医色诊的理论渊源;从面部色诊分属脏腑、依色诊判断脏腑精气盛衰、凭色诊推知脏腑病性病位、用色诊进行脏腑辨病辨证和据色诊推断脏腑重症危症等方面阐述了中医色诊的临床应用及“察外以知内”的实用价值,从而提出了藏象学说奠定了中医色诊的理论基础,而“色脉相合”是其根本原理的学术观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the application of visceral manifestation in TCM on color observation,the theoretic origin of color observation in TCM was analyzed from aspects of intrinsic viscera manifested by the outside color changes and from inspecting the outside by color observation and the intrinsic changes by pulse.The clinical application and practical value of color observation in TCM were expounded from the angles of facial color observation corresponding viscera,judging the predominance and decline of viscera,inferring the nature and location of viscera-disease,syndrome differentiation of viscera-disease,as well as judging the extent of crisis of viscera.Furthermore,the theory of visceral manifestation which play a solid foundation for color observation in TCM was proposed,and the basic academic viewpoint of color observation is "the combination of color and pulse".更多还原
