【摘要】 目的:观察芪黄降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病的临床疗效,并探讨其对2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素(ET)水平的影响。方法:将71例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察芪黄降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者临床症状改善情况、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、空腹血胰岛素(Ins)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及血浆ET水平含量变化等的影响,并与糖适平对照组进行对比研究。1年后抽取部分病例进行随访。结果:治疗组治疗后在显效率、临床症状改善情况、血浆ET水平下降程度方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);1年后治疗组在空腹血糖、尿糖、临床症状改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪黄降糖胶囊可降低糖尿病患者血浆ET水平,有一定的保护糖尿病患者内皮细胞功能的作用,并可降低血糖、改善临床症状、提高病人生活质量。该胶囊对治疗糖尿病及预防其血管并发症有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qihuangjiangtang capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus and to investigate its effect on the levels of endothelin（ET） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:71 patients with type 2 diabetes mellituswere randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in treatment group were treated with Qihuangjiangtang capsule;35 patients in control group were treated with Tangshiping tablet.The clinical symptoms,FPG,after meal 2h FPG,FBI,HbA₁,TG,TC and ET were observed and compared in both groups.Part of cases was followed up after one year. Results: The effective rate,the improvement state of clinical symptoms,the decrease degree of ET levels in treatment group were obviously superior to those of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Qihuangjiangtang capsule can decrease ET levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can protect endothelial cell function at some degree,which can decrease blood glucose,improve clinical symptoms and enhance the life quality of patients.Qihuangjiangtang capsule is of significance for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the prevention of its vascular complications.更多还原
