活血化瘀中药对大鼠实验性子宫内膜异位症异位内膜VEGF的作用
Studies of VEGF in Ectopic Endometrium on Luoshineiyifang on Endometriosis Model Rat
【摘要】 目的:探讨活血化瘀中药罗氏内异方对大鼠实验性子宫内膜异位症的异位内膜VEGF的影响。方法:使用大鼠自体移植子宫内膜建立实验性子宫内膜异位症的模型,在造模后给以不同处理措施,采用免疫组织学SP法检测在位和异位内膜VEGF染色强度情况。结果:具有活血化瘀作用的罗氏内异方能够降低大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型异位内膜腺上皮VEGF染色指数。结论:罗氏内异方能够减少VEGF的染色强度,推测这可能是活血化瘀方法治疗子宫内膜异位症的机理之一。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study VEGF on ectopic endometrium in endometriosis(EMT) model rat treated by Luoshineiyifang in principled by promoting blood circulation by removingblood stasis.Methods:EMT rat model were established by endometrium autotransplantion,treated by differentmethods.The VEGF were observed on eutotic and ectopic endometrium by histoimmunity SP.Results:Luoshineiyifang can decreasethe staining index of VEGF in ectopic endometrium of EMT rat model.Conclusion:Luoshineiyifang can decreasethe staining index of VEGF,maybe this is one of the mechanisms of the Herble medicine of promoting blood circulation by removingblood stasis
