川芎嗪冰片的溶血实验研究

【摘要】目的:研究川芎嗪、冰片的溶血作用,并比较3种溶血实验方法。方法:以氰化高铁血红蛋白法及直接测定法观察。结果:3种方法均显示川芎嗪、冰片具有溶血作用,但3种方法的敏感度不同。结论:川芎嗪、冰片溶血作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the hemolytic effect of ligustrazine,synthetic borneol and to compare these three hemolysis test methods.Methods: To observe with cyanomethemoglobin and indirectly measurement.Results: The three methods all showed that ligustrazine,synthetic borneol had hemoclasis,but the sensitivity of the three methods were different.Conclusion: The hemoclasis of ligustrazine,synthetic borneol were obviously.更多还原
