【摘要】 目的:探讨巴豆与大黄的相互作用。方法:将大黄、巴豆、巴豆和大黄混合液分别注入家兔肠中,观察其肠容量的变化。结果:大黄能使家兔肠容量显著增加而致泻,巴豆对家兔肠容量无影响,大黄与巴豆混合液则使肠容量明显减少而泻下作用降低。结论:通过观察巴豆、大黄对肠容量的影响,说明大黄恶巴豆,二药之间存在相恶的配伍关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make a study of mutual interaction of croton tigiium and rhubarb.Methods:Croton tigiium liquor and rhubarb liquor and mixed liquor of croton tigiium and rhubarb are injected into the rabbit gut to observe the change of the volume depletion of gut.Results:Rhubarb can increase the volume depletion of gut predominantly and cause eliminateion.But croton tigiium has no effect on it.Mixed liquor of croton tigiium and rhubarb can reduce the volume depletion of gut and decrease efficacy of purgation.Conclusion: We can conclude that croton tigiium and rhubarb have mutual inhibition through observing croton tigiium and rhubarb’s effect on the volume depletion of gut.更多还原
