【摘要】 目的:观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清可溶性CD40(sCD40L)的变化,了解其对ACS动脉粥样斑块炎症反应的影响。方法:58例ACS患者随机分为活血解毒中药治疗组和辛伐他汀对照组,测定治疗前后血清sCD40L水平的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后血清sCD40L水平明显下降,经统计学处理,P<0.01,差异有显著的意义,而两组用药前比较和用药后分别比较,P>0.05,差异无显著性。结论:解毒活血疗法可使ACS患者血清sCD40L水平明显降低,对斑块免疫炎症反应有类似他汀类药物的抗炎作用,从而有利于动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定。推测对ACS可能有防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying on serum level of sCD40L in the patients with acute coronary syndrome andevaluate it’s efiect on stabilization of anerosclerotic plaque and inhibition of Inflammatory Reaction.Methods: Finyeight patients With ACS were enrolled in this study and randomized into two groups.27 cases of controlled group with Simvastatin 20 mg daily,31 cases of observed group with therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying decoction 100 mL twice a day.Serum Levels of sCD40L in all of the cases were detected by ELISA before treatment and 4 weeks later.Results: After treatment the Serum Level of sCD40L of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01)and there was no signincant difierence between the two groups.Conclusion: likely Simvastatin,the therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying can signiflCaBtly lowers the Serum Level of sCD40L in patients With acute coronary syndrome.Maybe the therapeuitc method of TCM has a beriencial effecton stabilization of anerosclerotic plaque and inhibition of Inflammatory Reaction更多还原
