【摘要】 目的:观察“Ⅰ+Ⅱ”疗法对高血压肥胖大鼠神经肽Y(NPY)水平的影响。方法:以营养饲料饲养自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)照模成高血压肥胖大鼠,观察“Ⅰ+Ⅱ”疗法治疗前后高血压肥胖大鼠血压、体重、身长和血浆NPY水平,并与基础治疗、中药治疗和针灸治疗进行比较。结果:经“Ⅰ+Ⅱ”疗法治疗30天后,高血压肥胖大鼠血压、体重、lee’s指数和NPY水平有所下降。结论:“Ⅰ+Ⅱ”疗法具有减肥降压作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of "Ⅰ+Ⅱ"therapeuticson the level of plasma neuropepride tytosine(NPY)in obese ratswith hypertension.Methods:The model of obese rat with hypertension was established by feeding the Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat(SHR)with high fat diet.Before and after "Ⅰ+Ⅱ"therapeuticstreatment,we observed the blood pressure,body weight,Lee’s index and the level of plasma NPYof obese rat with hypertension,and contrasted with those of groups of basic therapy,needle therapyandChinese Traditional Medicine.Results: After thirty days treatment of "Ⅰ+Ⅱ"therapy,The blood pressure,body weight,Lee’s index and the level of plasma NPY ofobese rat with hypertension were significantly reduced.Conclusion: "Ⅰ+Ⅱ"therapeuticshave the effects of reducingweightand depressing blood pressure.更多还原
