【摘要】 目的:探讨补脾理肠汤配合中药敷脐治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:用自拟经验方补脾理肠汤治疗肠易激综合征60例,并与西药对照组30例进行对照比较。补脾理肠汤治疗以腹泻型为主,如果是便秘型,则去炮姜、芡实、乌药,加麦冬、玉竹、沙参、瓜蒌仁。并配合中药敷脐:丁香、木香、吴茱萸各等量研末加生姜捣烂入面粉为糊敷脐,每日1次。结果:中药治疗组60例,治愈42例,占70.0%;好转13例,占22.0%;无效5例,占8.0%;总有效率92.0%。西药对照组30例,治愈11例,占36.7%;好转7例,占23.3%;无效12例,占40.0%;总有效率60.0%。经统计学处理,中药治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于西药对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟补脾理肠汤配合中药敷脐法治疗小儿肠易激综合征有明显效果,值得临床进一步观察研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observed the curative effects of Bupi Lichang Decoction(BL) combined with drugs at the umbilical region for irritable colon syndrome(IBS). Methods: 60 patients were cured with BL combine with drugs at the umbilical region , while the other 30 patients taken Western Medicine. Results: The total effective rate in treating group was 92 %, and that in control group was 60 %. The curative rate and total effective rate in treating group were higher than control group remarkably. Conclusion:It has significant curative effects in which BL combined with drugs at the umbilical region for IBS. It’s well worth further observing and studying in clinic.更多还原
