【摘要】 目的:观察复方调脂康胶囊对高脂血症患者血液流变学的影响。方法:治疗组110例用自制复方调脂康胶囊、对照组98例用血脂康治疗,疗程均为8周。检查两组治疗前后全血低、中、高切粘度,全血还原粘度,血浆粘度,HCT,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞刚性指数,红细胞变形指数,ESR,血沉方程K值,纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标。结果:两组血液流变学各指标均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方调脂康胶囊对改善高脂血症患者血液流变学指标有肯定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To observe the effect on hemorheology of hyperlipemia patients treated by Compound Tiao ZhiKang Capsule.Method:110 cases were treated by home-made Compound TiaoZhiKang Capsule as the study group while 98 cases were treated by XueZhiKang as the control group.Both of the two groups’ treatment courses are 8weeks.Hemorheology index of both groups of pretreatment and post-treatment was examined,such as low,middle and high shearing viscosity of whole blood,reduced viscosity of whole blood,PV,HCT,Erythrocyte aggregation index,Erythrocyte rigidity index,RBC deformation index,ESR,K value in ESR equation,FBG,and so on.Result : Hemorheology index of both groups have been improved compared with that of pretreatment(P<0.05).but the therapeutic effect of the study group is superior to that of the control group obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound TiaoZhiKang Capsule has certain effect in improving hemorheology index of hyperlipemia patients.更多还原
