【摘要】 目的:观察参附注射液对心力衰竭(CHF)治疗后神经内分泌系统及心室重塑的影响。方法:103例分为治疗组53例及对照组50例,两组均用西医强心、利尿、扩血管治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液治疗,共治疗1个月。结果:治疗组与对照组BNP、ATⅡ、ET、NO与治疗前对比均下降(P<0.05),治疗后的治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组LVEDV1、LVESV1、ASL及PSL与治疗前比较无显著改变(P>0.05),对照组治疗后有明显增高(P<0.05),两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液能有效的抑制CHF患者神经内分泌活性因子的分泌、抑制心肌重塑,改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influences of Shenfu injection on neuroendocrinologic system and ventricular reconstruction for heart failure patients.Methods: 103 CHF patients are randomly divided into two groups,with 53in the therapy group and the other 50 as the matched control group.Both groups are treated with strengthen the contraction of the myocardium,diuretics and vasodilators,while Shenfu injection 100ml in 5% GS 250ml ivgtt qd will also be used to the therapy group in a treatment period of one month.The concentration of plasma BNP,AT Ⅱ,ET,NO of the two groups are measured before and after the treatment.And the Echocardiogram is used to record the LVEDV1,LVESV1,ASL and PSL.Results:The BNP,AT Ⅱ,ET and NO decreased(P<0.01) after treatment for both groups,while the therapy group decreased much more(P<0.05) than the matched control group.For LVEDV1,LVESV1,ASL and PSL,the therapy group changed little after treatment,while the matched control group grows significantly.Conclusion:Shenfu injection can restrain neuroendocrinologic factor’s activation and ventricular reconstruction effectively of CHF patients.And it can also improve the caridac function of those patients.更多还原
