【摘要】 目的:观察益气养阴活血通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将110例分为治疗组56例及对照组54例,两组患者均口服降糖药或注射胰岛素以控制血糖。治疗组加用益气养阴活血通络方,对照组加用V itB1和V itB12。结果:总有效率治疗组91.07%,对照组70.37%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Meridian Obstruction Decoction.Method:110 cases were divided into two groups,56 of the study group and 54 of the control group.Both of the two groups were treated orally with hypoglycemic or injected insulin to control blood glucose.The study group was treated with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Meridian Obstruction Decoction additionally while the control group were treated with VitB1 and VitB12 additionally.Result: The total effective rate of the study group is 91.07% while that of the control group is 70.37%.There is obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation fo Remove Meridian Obstuction Decoction have good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.更多还原
