【摘要】 目的:考察静脉输注10％麦芽糖注射液对健康人血糖、胰岛素及尿糖排泄的影响。方法:入选12例健康志愿者,分別以0．2．0．3和0.5 g·kg-1·h-1滴速输注麦芽糖注射液4 h,定时取血,留取尿样。分别测定血糖、胰岛素及尿糖浓度,并进行统计分析。结果:随输注速率增如,健康人血糖及胰岛素水平无明显变化,尿糖排泄量显著增加,药物实际利用率显著下降。结论:10％麦芽糖注射液对健康人血糖和胰岛素水平无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effects of 10% maltose for injections on the glucose and insulin concentrations in blood and urinary excretion of glucose in healthy volunteers. Methods; 12 healthy volunteers were iv infused with 10% maltose injections for 4 h at the infusion rate of 0. 2,0. 3 or 0. 5 g·kg-1·h-1 , respectively. The blood and urine samples were collected at certain timepoints. The glucose and insulin concentrations in serum as well as the glucose and maltose amounts excreted in the urine were measured to evaluate the statistical significance. Results: No significant changes of serum glucose and insulin levels were found. The urinary excretions of glucose and maltose were positively proportioned to the infuse rate,suggesting the decline of the maltose bioavailability in the higher infusion rate manner. Conclusion: 10% maltose for injection has no effects on the glucose and insulin concentrations in blood in healthy volunteers.更多还原
