【摘要】 目的:评价栝楼皮注射液对老年高血压患者生活质量和血压的影响。方法:将38例老年高血压患者按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组(18例)采用常规降压等治疗,治疗组(20例)在对照组的基础上加用栝楼皮注射液12 m l加入质量分数为5%的葡萄糖中静脉滴注,每日1次,治疗2周。观察两组治疗后患者临床证候改善情况及治疗前后24 h动态血压的变化。结果:治疗组患者临床证候中胸闷、便秘改善均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组治疗后24 h动态血压均呈一致性显著下降,且治疗组夜间收缩压降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为61.1%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:栝楼皮注射液与西药联合治疗老年高血压,有改善患者生活质量、辅助降低血压的效果,且未见不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Gualoupi injection(栝楼皮注射液) on quality of life(QOF) and blood pressure in the elderly(patients) with hypertension.Methods: Thirty-eight elderly(patients) with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20,routine treatment+Gualoupi injection 12 ml in 5% glucose once a day for 2 weeks,intravenous drip) and control group(n=18,routine treatment only).Changes of 24 hours dynamic blood pressure and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Results: In respect of ameliorating QOF,chest distress,and constipation in treatment group were superior to those of control group(both P<0.05),the markedly total effective rate(in treatment) group(85.0%) was higher than that in control group(61.1%,P<0.05),24 hours dynamic blood pressure was significantly lower after treatment in two groups especially nocturnal systolic pressure in treatment group showing statistical significance in comparing the levels before treatment(P<0.05).(Conclusion:) Gualoupi injection can safely and effectively lower blood pressure of elderly patients with(hypertension),(improve) clinical symptoms and raise QOF.There is not obviously harmful reactions.更多还原
