【摘要】 目的:观察右归饮对慢性肾功能衰竭(肾衰)肾阳虚大鼠保护作用的机制。方法:采用大鼠5/6肾皮质切除加丙硫嘧啶(PTU)灌胃造成慢性肾衰肾阳虚模型;将模型大鼠按随机数字表法分为慢性肾衰模型组、右归饮组和假手术对照组。右归饮组大鼠制模的同时灌胃右归饮,模型组和假手术对照组制模的同时灌胃等量凉开水,每日1次,连续28 d。实验结束时测定各组大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(C r)和血脂水平。结果:右归饮能明显降低模型大鼠血清BUN和C r水平〔BUN(13.65±1.37)mm o l/L比(15.88±1.16)mm o l/L,C r(67.27±11.80)μm o l/L比(85.92±13.93)μm o l/L,P均<0.01〕;升高降低的甘油三酯〔TG(0.64±0.25)mm o l/L比(0.40±0.10)mm o l/L,P<0.05〕。结论:右归饮对慢性肾衰大鼠模型有显著的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protective effects of Yougui drink(右归饮) on chronic renal failure rats with insufficiency of kidney-Yang(肾阳虚) and investigate its mechanisms.Methods: Chronic(renal) failure model with insufficiency of kidney-Yang was replicated by nephrectomy(5/6 renal cortex) and(propylthiouracil)(PTU) infused into the stomach.The model rats were randomly divided into three(groups:)(model) group,Yougui drink group and sham-operated group.Yougui drink group was given Yougui drink(infused) into stomach daily,while the other two groups were given equivalent water daily for 28 days.The(pathological) study of the kidney tissue was performed and the serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) and lipid levels were determined after the experiment.Results: Yougui drink significantly decreased serum BUN and Cr levels and increased the reduced triglycerides(TG) in the rats compared to model group(BUN:(13.65±1.37)mmol/L vs.(15.88±1.16) mmol/L,P<0.01;Cr:(67.27±11.80)μmol/L vs.((85.92±13.93) μmol/L),P<0.01;TG:(0.64±0.25) mmol/L vs.(0.40±0.10) mmol/L,P<0.01).The difference was not significant in total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL).Conclusion: Yougui drink shows significant protective effects on rats with(nephrectomy-PTU-induced) chronic renal failure.更多还原
