人工晶状体像差Zernike系数的测定
Measurment of the Zernike coefficient of intraocular lenses
【摘要】 目的比较不同的人工晶状体的单色像差值,为人工晶状体的设计和选择以及进一步研究人工晶状体植入人眼后的像差特性提供理论依据。方法采用FISBA干涉系统对7种临床常用的人工晶状体进行测量,并对36项Zernike像差系数进行差异分析。结果根据测得的人工晶状体的7阶36项Zernike像差系数,得出临床常用的人工晶状体水平彗差(C8)和垂直彗差(C7)特别显著,其次为C3(散光)、C4(散光)和C5(离焦)。结论通过人工晶状体像差Zernkike系数的测定可以分析人工晶状体的像差分布特性。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare monochromatic aberration of different intraocular lenses(IOL),in order to supply the theory for IOL’s design and choice and study the aberration characteristic after cataract surgery.Methods Using the FISBA interferometer to measure 7 IOL which commom using in clinic.And analyse the 36 Zernike aberration coefficient.Results The 36 Zernike aberration coefficient up to 7-th order were gained.According to analysing the aberration coefficient,we can summarize that the level coma and vertical coma were the most significant terms,and astigmatism and defocus secondly.Conclusion IOL’s aberration characteristic could be analysed by measuring the IOL’s Zernike aberration coefficient.
