电厂中继泵笼型异步电动机变频调速探讨
Discuss about Speed Adjusting of the Relaying Pumps Asynchronous Motor by Frequency Conversion in the Power Plant
【摘要】 分析了电厂中继泵在运行中存在的主要问题。中继泵笼型异步电动机采用变频调速,不仅可以减小电动机的起动电流和起动次数,避免频繁起动烧毁电机、开关的情况发生,而且可以用调转速来控制流量,降低轴功率,达到显著节能的目的。
【Abstract】 It analysed the central problem of how to run the relaying pumps in the power plant. The frequency conversion was adopted, the start-up electrical current and frequency of the asynchronous motor were reduced, the motor and switch would be protected against burnout, the current of water was controlled, the shaft power was reduced, the purpose of avoiding waster or reducing expenditures was achieved.
