【摘要】 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,对不同病症的虎纹捕鸟蛛Selenocosmiahuwena(Wangetal.,1993)的4种器官组织中的6种元素(铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca))的含量进行了测定。结果表明:这6种元素在病症蜘蛛中的含量与正常蜘蛛相比均有很大差异。本文首次从元素的缺乏或过多积累方面分析了蜘蛛的致病原因。为其人工繁育、开发利用和资源保护提供基础资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the contents of 6 kinds of elements (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Ca) from 4 organs in the 5 species of diseased Selenocosmia huwena were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (model: WFX--10). The results showed that these elements content among diseased spiders were very different compared with normal spiders. This text attempts from the excessive disease reason that analyses the spider while lacking or accumulate too much of the element. It will help offer some ways to cure those diseases effectively.更多还原
