【摘要】 目的:探讨农村福利院五保老人的心理健康状况。方法:运用SCL-90问卷对546名福利院五保老人(A组)及131名农村普通老年人(B组)进行调查。结果:两组之间各因子分差异无统计学显著性;性别、婚姻及教育程度对福利院五保老人多数因子分的影响无统计学意义;生活在山区及丘陵地区的五保老人SCL-90总分(分别为143.8±44.5和144.5±48.3)高于平原地区(128.6±32.6),且有统计学显著性(z=4.23、2.72,P<0.01);影响五保老人评分的logistic回归方程为:LogitP=-1.523+0.499×是否有疾病+0.717×是否有时劳动+0.574×对服务的满意度。结论:农村福利院五保老人的心理健康状况与普通老人相当,是否有疾病、是否有时劳动和对服务的满意度是影响五保老人心理健康的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mental health of rural wu-bao elders in welfare-yard.Methods:The study sample consisted of 546 rural wu-bao elders in welfare-yard and 131 rural common elders. The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the individual basic condition questionnaire were employed in the investigation.Results:1. The mean factor scores of SCL-90 of wu-bao old man were similar to those of rural common elders. 2.These was no significant difference (P>0.05) among wu-bao elders in each factor of SCL-90 on sex, marriage and education. 3. The score of SCL-90 of those wu-bao lived in mountain area and small hill area were higher than that lived in plain (143.8±44.5 and 144.5±48.3 vs. 128.6±32.6). 4. There were three important risk factors which led to the mind abnormal of rural wu-bao elders including the body health status, whether labor sometimes or not, and the satisfaction degree about service. Conclusions:1.The mental health status of rural wu-bao elders was the same as that of common elders.2. The mental health status of wu-bao elders in plain area was better than that of ones in hills area and in mountains area.3.There were three major factors which effected the mental health of wu-bao elders including the body health status、whether labor sometimes or not, and the satisfaction degree about service .更多还原
