斜辊式二辊矫直滚光机辊形的设计
Research on the cambering of two-roll straightening cleaning mill&skew roll
【摘要】 根据二辊矫直滚光机的工作原理,针对矫直机存在的一些问题,分析了二辊矫直滚光机的几种辊形结构,提出了凹凸辊形的设计方法———速度平衡法,即凹辊与工件接触的两点A、B和工件与凸辊中间的接触点C速度平衡。用该方法设计的辊形,已矫出合格的产品。实践证明该方法好用。
【Abstract】 The authors have summed up the cambering method for two-roll straightening cleaning mill.Different types of cambering are analyzed and the cambering design method,which is velocity balance method,are presented.The mehod is to keep the velocity balance between the two points that the part contacts the concave roller and the point that the part contacts the convex roller.The cambering designed using the method has produced quality products.
