均匀化方法在大型袋式除尘器花板结构计算中的应用

【摘要】 将均匀化方法与有限元法结合起来,采用单胞法分析周期性分布、含圆孔袋式除尘器花板的等效力学性质,研究花板厚度和圆孔半径对花板等效弹性常数的影响规律,为简化花板有限元结构计算分析提供基础。结果表明:(1)在圆孔半径相同情况下,厚度变化对花板等效模量和等效泊松比的影响很小;(2)花板等效模量随着圆孔半径的增大而快速减小;(3)对含密集型周期分布圆孔的袋式除尘器花板的挠度和模态分析验算,说明本文均匀化方法的有效性和准确性。

【Abstract】 Combining FEM with homogenization method,the effective mechanical properties of bag filter tubesheet on which holes are distributed is analyzed,and then the influence of the tubesheet thickness and hole radius on the effective mechanical properties is investigated for FEM structural analysis.The following conclusions are obtained:(1) With uniform radius,the effective modulus and effective Poisson’s ratio of bag filter tubesheet change little when the tubesheet thickness increases;(2) The effective modulus of bag filter tubesheet decreases rapidly when the hole radius increases;(3) The displacement and modal frequency analysis imply that the present method is effective and feasible.
