凹印铜金粉表面理化特性的研究

【摘要】 利用显微光谱、X荧光光谱、光电子能谱、色泽分析和场发射电子扫描显微分析,对凹印用铜金粉的表面理化性能进行了研究,结果表明,国产铜金粉的表面锌含量明显偏低,Cu(1)与Cu(0)的比例与进口铜金粉之间也存在差异;从而导致其反射光谱、表面理化性质方面与进口铜金粉存在显著差别,宏观上表现为国产和进口铜金粉的色泽存在差异,揭示了国产铜金粉与进口铜金粉品质差距的主要原因。

【Abstract】 The bronze powder samples for gravure printing were investigated by using the micro spectroscopy,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,colourity analysis and field emission electron microscopy.Observable difference in the zinc content and the ratio of the Cu(I) to Cu(0) on the surface, and the reflectance spectra as well as colourity was found among the bronze powder samples obtained from different corporations,although these samples have same alloy composition together with very similar particle morphology and particle size distribution.Compared to the subtle difference of the surface composition and chemical coordination environment of the bronze powders,it suggests that the change of surface physicochemical properties of the bronze powder results in the changes of the reflectance spectra,which manifests the changes of the bronze power color in macroscopy,which elucidate the performace difference among the bronze powder samples made in China and imported from over seas.
