机械化学法制备N掺杂纳米TiO2可见光光催化剂及其性能研究
Preparation of Nano-Sized Nitrogen-Doped TiO2 by Mechanochemical Method and Its Photocatalytic Activity
【摘要】 以锐钛矿型TiO2为原料,HMT(六亚甲基四胺)为掺杂N源,采用机械化学法经过600 r.min-1×2 h高能球磨,后续以焙烧处理,合成了N掺杂纳米TiO2粉末。所制备的粉末为锐钛矿、金红石和板钛矿的混合相,对波长大于400 nm的可见光具有良好的吸收性能,其吸收边红移至530 nm;在λ>400 nm的可见光照射下,HMT加入量为10%的样品对甲基蓝的降解率比原料粉末提高了2.7倍。
【Abstract】 Nitrogen-doped TiO2 nano-sized powders were prepared by the mechanochemical reaction method on 600 r·min-1 milled 2 hours and calcined using anatase TiO2 as raw material and hexamethylenetetramine(HMT) as N source.The crystals phase of prepared powders consists of anatase,rutile and brookite.The N-doped powders show excellent absorption for visible light λ>400 nm,the absorbed band red-shift to about 530 nm.The photocatalysis efficiency of sample prepared with 10% HMT is about 2.7 times higher than that of raw TiO2.
