安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ光度法测定稀土
Spectrophotometric Determination of Rare Earths with Antipyrylazo Ⅲ
【摘要】 在pH 2.0的HCl-KCl溶液中,安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ与稀土形成蓝色配合物,铈、镱配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为:εCe=7.917×104L.mol-1.cm-1,εYb=4.759×104L.mol-1.cm-1。稀土(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0~1.2μg.ml-1范围内符合比耳定律。方法灵敏可靠,用本法测定人工合成样品中稀土的总量,结果满意。
【Abstract】 In pH 2.0 HCl-KCl solution rare earths react with antipyrylazo Ⅲ to form a blue complex.The molar absorptivity of the complex with Ce is εCe=7.917×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and with Yb is εYb=4.759×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law is obeyed for Ce3+ and Yb3+ in the range of 0~1.2 μg·ml-1.The method is sensitive and credible.The method has been applied to the direct determination of rare earths synthesized sample with satisfactory results.
