稀土离子掺杂对长余辉发光玻璃发光性能的影响
Effects of Co-Doped Rare Earths Ions on Luminescent Properties of Long-Lasting Luminescent Glasses
【摘要】 选择制备了系列Eu2+,Dy3+共掺杂的硼铝酸锶长余辉发光玻璃。利用发光光谱、余辉衰减曲线、热释光谱系统研究了稀土离子掺杂对长余辉玻璃发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同掺量组合的Eu2+及Dy3+对长余辉玻璃发光性能有不同影响,在Eu2+及Dy3+掺量比为1∶1(摩尔比)的情形下,随Eu2+离子掺量的增多,发光性能下降;在Eu2+及Dy3+掺量比为1∶2的情形下,随Eu2+离子掺量的增多,发光性能增强。在此实验基础上,围绕缺陷形态及其与稀土离子间的能量传递,提出了可能的长余辉机制。
【Abstract】 The series of glasses co-doped with Eu2+ and Dy3+ were prepared.The luminescent properties were investigated by means of emission spectra,phosphorescence decay curve and thermal luminescence spectra.The results show that different Eu2+ and Dy3+ mixing compositions exert different influences on the luminescent properties.When the mixing ratio of Eu2+ and Dy3+ is 1∶1(mole ratio),the luminescent properties decrease with the increase of Eu2+ content.When the Eu2+ and Dy3+ mixing ratio is 1∶2(mole ratio),the luminescent properties increase with the increase of Eu2+ content.On the basis of the experiment results,around the defects formation and the energy transfer between their and rare earths ions,the possible mechanisms were discussed.
