二十辊冷轧机液压压下系统的动态性能分析
The Dynamic Performance Analysis of Hydraulic Screwdown System for 20 Rollers Cold Rolling Mill
【摘要】 通过建立数学模型,对精密带材轧机液压压下控制系统的动态性能进行分析、计算及实验,结果表明:能够满足轧机对厚度控制要求,保证了轧制通常公差不超过±0.002 5 mm。
【Abstract】 By establishing mathematics model,this article has analyzed the dynamic performance of the hydraulic screwdown control system for the precise strip rolling mill,and the calculated and experimental results showed that the system could meet the thickness demands for rolling mill,which ensures the rolling tolerance is within ±0.002 5 mm.
