【摘要】 目的:探讨去脂胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠的作用和机制。方法:建立高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型。以高、中、低剂量去脂胶囊进行干预,通过肉眼、血液生化及病理检查,观察其对脂肪肝大鼠的一般情况,肝体比、血脂、肝脂、肝功能、病理改变等的影响。结果:去脂胶囊能明显降低脂肪肝大鼠血脂和减轻肝脂变、肝细胞坏死程度,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05,P<0·01)。结论:去脂胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝有肯定治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective:To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Quzhi Capsule on fatty live in rats. Methods:Fatty liver model of wistar rats was made by feeding high caloric diet.Naked eyes, blood biochemistry and pathological changes were examined to observe the effect of Quzhi Capsule on common conditions, blood lipid level, enzyme, the ratio of liver to body weight and histological change of the fatty liver rats. Results: Quzhi Capsule could lower blood lipid level, lighten the degree of hepatic and hepatocell necrosis of wistar rats. There was signifcant difference as compared with DL-Methionine group (P<0.05or 0.01).Conclusions:Quzhi Capsule group has better effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia fatty liver in rats.更多还原
