【摘要】 目的:观察膦甲酸钠(PFA)对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)及重型乙型肝炎肾功能的影响。方法:随机选择CHB150例,入院时随机分为水化组和非水化组及对照组各50例。另选取重型乙型肝炎79例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。定期查患者肾功能(BUN、Cre、SUA)。结果:对CHB,PFA治疗组患者肾功能与对照组无明显变化。对重型乙型肝炎,PFA的治疗未加重重型乙型肝炎的肾脏损害,且能降低肝肾综合征的发生率。结论:膦甲酸钠对CHB及重型乙型肝炎肾功能无明显损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explro the effect of kidney function of foscarnet sodium(PFA) on the patiants with chronic hepatitis B and severe hepatitis B.Methods:One hundred and fifty chronic hepatitis B patients were divided randomly into three groups.Group Ⅰ were treated with hydration,group Ⅱ with non-hydration and group Ⅲ as control group.Seventy nine severe hepatitis B patients were divided randomly treatment group and control group.All groups were tested renal function(BUN,Cre,SUA).Results:Renal function of treatment group and control group on chronic hepatitis B had no remarkable damage.The PFA did not worsen the renal function worser,but it could discrease the rate of hepatorenal syndrome on severe hepatitis B.Conclusion:There is no significantly damage of PFA on the kidney function of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and severe hepatitis B.更多还原
