【摘要】 目的探讨超声刀在腹腔镜结、直肠癌手术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性总结2004年1月～2006年6月腹腔镜结直肠癌病例63例,分为使用超声刀组和不使用超声刀组,通过比较手术时间、出血量、术中淋巴结清扫数目、并发症等评价超声刀在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用价值。结果在超声刀组手术平均时间150min,平均出血量65mL,无严重并发症发生,其中手术时间、出血量较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论超声刀的应用,使腹腔镜结直肠癌根治技术更安全、更可靠、更精确,具有比高频电刀更好的使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the value of ultracision in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.【Methods】 From January 2004 to June 2006,63 cases with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups retrospectively of ultracision group and no-ultracision group.To evaluate the value of ultracision in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer by comparing the operation time,volume of blood loss,numbers of lymph node and complications.【Results】 The mean operation time and volume of blood loss in ultracision group is 150 minutes and 65 mL respectively,which have significant difference from the control group.【Conclusion】 Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer using ultracision is more safe,more reliable and more precise than using high frequency electro surgical unit.更多还原
