【摘要】 目的探讨采用自行设计的部分甲基质、甲旁皮肤切除术治疗复发性嵌甲症的疗效。方法将门诊260例复发性嵌甲症的患者随机分组,观察组采用部分甲基质、甲旁皮肤切除术,对照组用传统的拔甲术治疗,比较两组的复发率。结果观察组136例148拇,术后随访5～26个月,平均(13.5±4.5)个月,复发率4.81%;对照组124例134拇,术后随访5～22个月,平均(10.07±2.0)个月,复发率55.86%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.0001)。结论部分甲基质、甲旁皮肤切除术手术设计合理、恢复快、复发率低,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 0bjective To introduce an outcome of the partial removal of limited matrix and near skin of nail for recurrent ingrown toenail.Methods 260 patients of clinic service were randomly assigned to two groups.Observation groups used surgical cutting of limited matrix with near skin.Control groups used routine cuttng nail.Then compare the treatment outcome and recurrent rate.Results 136 patients with 148 bigtoe of observation group were followed for 5 to 26 months [(average of(13.5±4.5)months)].The recurrent rate is 4.81%.124 patients with 134 bigtoe of control group were followed for 5 to 22 months [average of(10.07±2.0)months],the recurrent rate is 55.86%.The recurrent rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control(P <0.0001).Conclusions The surgical cutting of limited matrix with near skin is a reasonable simple manipulation with,less traumatic,lower recurrent rate,and is worth to be recommened.更多还原
