【摘要】 目的探讨四联疗法治疗HP(幽门螺旋杆菌)相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将80例HP相关性慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用四联疗法治疗,对照组采用常规三联疗法治疗,半月后按疗效标准进行疗效评价。结果治疗组痊愈28例,显效6例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率90.5%。对照组痊愈19例,显效4例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率73.7%。经统计学检验差异有显著性。且HP转阴率、症状好转程度均有显著性。结论四联疗法治疗HP相关性慢性胃炎疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We want to study clinic effect of four medicines combination for patients with HP related chronic gastritis.Methods Divided randomly 80 cases with HP related chronic gastric into treatment group with 42 cases treated with four medicines and control group with 38 cases treated with conventional three medicines combination therapy,valued their efficacy after half of the month.Results In treatment group,28 cases were cured,6 cases were improved significantly,5 cases were improved and 3 cases were failed,total effective rate was 90.5%,but in control group,9 cases were cured,4 cases were improved significantly,5 cases were improved and 10 cases were failed,total effective rate was 73.7%.There are significant statistical difference in efficacy,HP turning negative rate and symptom improving significantly.Conclusion It was clear for clinic effect of four medicines combination for patients with HP related chronic gastritis and should be extended in clinic.更多还原
