【摘要】 目的研究信号传导及转录活化子(signaltransducerandactivatoroftranscription3,STAT3)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达,探讨STAT3在非小细胞肺癌中表达的临床特点,以及STAT3对非小细胞肺癌患者预后的影响。方法取辽宁省肿瘤医院胸外科1997年12月￣1998年12月71例有随访的非小细胞肺癌手术标本的石蜡切片,采用免疫组化SABC法进行染色分析,判断STAT3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达率。探讨STAT3的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、肿瘤分化程度、病理分型、淋巴结转移(N)、原发肿瘤进展(T)及肿瘤分期的关系,应用生存分析研究STAT3对非小细胞肺癌患者预后的影响。结果在全部71例患者中,共有26例患者STAT3表达阳性,阳性表达率为36.62%。STAT3的表达与原发肿瘤进展(T)和肿瘤分期明显正相关(P=0.012,0.0000),T值越高,肿瘤分期越晚,STAT3表达量越多。有淋巴结转移的患者中,原发肿瘤STAT3阳性表达率高(P=0.003),且转移淋巴结的癌组织中STAT3阳性表达率高达86.96%(20/23)(P=0.001)。STAT3表达阳性的患者预后较STAT3表达阴性的患者差(P=0.005)。结论提示STAT3在非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和淋巴结转移机制中可能起一定作用。STAT3阳性表达的非小细胞肺癌患者预后差,STAT3可作为非小细胞肺癌预后的辅助预测因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the expression of STAT3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription3) in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance, and to analyze the relationship between STAT3 expression and prognosis. [Methods] Using immunohistochemical technique, STAT3 was detected in paraffin wax cancer tissue in 71 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who have received the resections from 1997 to 1998. the relationship was analyzed with the statistics methods which are between STAT3 expression and age, sex, location of tumor, degree of differentiation, pathologic diagnosis, T, N stage and prognosis. [Results] The positive expressions of STAT3 were 26 patients in 71. The rate of expression is 36.62%. The expression intensity of STAT3 was associated with T and stages. The higher T and more advanced stages, the more expression of STAT3. The patients with metastasis of lymph nodes had high expression of STAT3 in tumor tissue and metastatic lymph nodes. The patients with positive expressions of STAT3 had poor prognosis. [Conclusion] STAT3 may play a certain role in generation, growth and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. It can be accepted as the significant calculating factor to prognosis.更多还原
