【摘要】 目的探讨壳聚糖-明胶海绵伤口敷料的促进伤口愈合作用。方法在新西兰大白兔背部伤口模型上用药,分别用空白组、用药组和壳聚糖-明胶海绵组进行对照,于伤后3、5、7、10和14d进行肉眼观察,并取14d的皮肤组织与未创伤的皮肤组织,做电镜观察。结果壳聚糖-明胶海绵伤口敷料组伤口收缩明显,伤口愈合明显快于空白组,愈后皮肤形成的疤痕凸出皮肤面不明显,优于用药组。结论壳聚糖-明胶海绵是一种优良的皮肤伤口敷料。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the healing function of the chitosan-gelatin sponge wound surgical dressing through the experiment of animal wound model. [Methods] The medicine was used to the wound model on the back of New Zealand big white rabbit. The blank group, medicine used group were compared with the chitosan-gelatin sponge group separately. The nake eye observation was taken at the 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 d, the skin of 14 d′s and no wound were observed by SEM. [Results] The experimental results indicated that: the chitosan-gelatin sponge wound surgical dressing had obvious wound contraction. The wound heals obviously quick than the blank group. The scar of the skin healed protrudes the skin surface was not obvious, which surpasses the medicine group. [Conclusion] The chitosan-gelatin sponge wound surgical dressing is an excellent wound surgical dressing.更多还原
