反相高效液相色谱法测定茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的含量

【摘要】 目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量。方法以甲醇∶水∶乙酸=26∶73.5∶0.5(体积比)为流动相(1.0mL/min),C18柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),UV检测器(278nm)。结果EGCG在0.1303 ̄0.6517mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.26%,RSD为0.86%。结论该法简便、快速,可作为测定茶多酚中EGCG含量的方法。

【Abstract】 [Objective] RHPLC was applied to the determination of epigallacatechin gallate (EGCG) in green tea polyphenol. [Methods] ODS C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the stationary phase with UV-detector 278 nm, A mixed solution containing methanol, water and acetic acid in the ratio of 26 to 73.5 to 0.5 (by volume) was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The linear concentrations of EGCG was 0.1303~0.6517 mg/mL (r=0.9995), the average recovery was 100.26% and RSD was 0.86%. [Conclusions] This method is simple and rapid. It is very suitable for the determination of EGCG in green tea polyphenol.
