【摘要】 目的研究不同颈丛阻滞方法对心率、血压的影响。方法36例甲状腺腺瘤手术患者随机分为两组,分别采用不同的颈丛阻滞方法,于麻醉前、麻醉后10min、20min、30min记录心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)监测数据,并分析其变化情况。结果观察组比对照组高血压的发生率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论采用颈3、4两点法颈丛阻滞可明显降低高血压的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of heart rate and blood pressure by different means of checking the throat thicket nerves.[Methods] 36 cases of thyroid gland adenoma operation are randomly divided into two groups accepted different checking means.And record the data of the HR,SBP and DBP before narcosis and after narcosis on 10 min,20 min and 30 min,analyzing the changing data.[Result] The happening rate of hypertension of the observation series was obviousy less than that of compared series(P <0.01).[Condusion] Checking the throat thicket nerves at throat 3 and throat 4 can obviously cut the happening rate of hypertension.更多还原
