【摘要】 目的评价无水酒精注射治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效和安全性。方法对52例肾囊肿患者在B超引导下经皮穿刺注射无水酒精治疗,观察术后囊肿萎缩情况。结果52例患者均获成功穿刺,抽出囊液并注入无水酒精,治愈48例,好转4例,复发4例,复治有效。结论B超引导经皮注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿方法简单,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical outcome and security of absolute alcohol injection in the treatment of renal cysts.[Methods] B-ultrasound guided percutaneous absolutealcohol injection was performed in 52 cases with renal cysts.Postoperative atrophia of renal cysts were subsequently observed.[Results] Extraction of cystic fluid and absolute alcohol injection was successfully performed after percutaneous puncture in all the 52 patients.Recovery occurred in 48 cases,improvement in 4 and recurrence in 4 with effective retreatment.[Conclusion] B-ultrasound guided percutaneous absolute alcohol injection for renal cysts deserves clinical application and generalization due to the simple procedures,safty and utility.更多还原
