【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin在胃癌前病变与胃癌中的表达,并了解其表达与Hp感染的相关性。方法Survivin检测采用免疫组化染色;Hp检测采用快速尿素酶试验与Giemsa染色。结果30例胃癌前病变中有10例Survivin呈阳性(33.3%),30例胃癌有22例Survivin呈阳性(73.3%),两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Hp在两种组织中差异无显著性(P>0.5)。38例Hp阳性中有25例Survivin表达阳性(65.8%),13例阴性;22例Hp阴性中只有7例阳性(31.9%),15例呈阴性反应;两者相关比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Sur-vivin表达在胃癌前病变与胃癌中均有表达,随着病变加重,表达逐渐增加;Survivin表达与Hp感染相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe expression of survivin in gastric precancerous lesions(PGL)and gastric cancer,and its correlation with helicobactor pylori(Hp)infection.[Method] Sixty cases with pathologically confirmed GPL and gastric cancer were studied.The expression of survivin was determined by immunohistochemistry.Helicobactor pylori infection was determined by rapid urease test and giemasa staining.[Results] The positive expression rate of survivin in gastric cancer(73.3%)was significantly higher than that of PGL(33.3%),demonstrated the obvious difference(P <0.05).The rates of Hp infection in GPL and gastric cancer were 70%,58.6%,respectively,no statistical difference(P >0.5)found.The positive expression rate of survivin in Hp postive infection(25/38,65.8%)was higher than that of in Hp negative infection(7/20,31.9%).There were significant differences(P <0.05)between them.[Conclusion] Survivin is expressed in GPL and gastric cancer and expression of survivin is increasing with aggravation of pathological changes.There is obvious correlationship between expression of survivin and Hp infection.更多还原
