【摘要】 目的观察参芪扶正注射液对昏迷病人清醒的临床疗效。方法随机将60例昏迷病人分为两组,治疗组30人,对照组30人;两组病人的综合治疗措施相同(吸氧、利尿、降压、降血糖等)。治疗组参芪扶正注射液静脉点滴7～10d,对照组纳洛酮2～8mg/d,静脉点滴7～10d,所有病人均观察病人清醒时间、治疗前后血气分析、血小板、纤维蛋白原变化。结果治疗组病人清醒时间平均为38.9h,对照组病人清醒时间平均为52.1h,治疗组血小板、纤维蛋白原无影响,血气分析治疗前后有明显改变。结论参芪扶正注射液对昏迷的治疗有明显改善临床症状的疗效,值得作为昏迷病人急救联合应用药物的推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the treatment of the coma patient from stupor to consciousness.[Methods] The 60 cases with coma patient were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases composed of treatment group,30 cases composed of control group,the synthetic treatment of the two groups was same(such as breathe oxygen,diuresis,bring down high blood pressure,bring down high blood sugar,etc.).Treatment group was given Shenqi Fuzheng injection intravenously for 7～10 days,control group was given a dose of Naloxone,2～8 mg of Naloxone intravenously everyday for 7～10 days,observing the changes of all the patients of the consciousness time,blood analysis before and after treatment,blood platelet,fibrinogen.[Results] In treatment group,the average consciousness time was 38.9 hours,in control group,the average consciousness time was 52.1 hours,in treatment group,blood platelet and fibrinogen had no influence,but blood analysis had obviously change before and after treatment.[Conclusion] Shenqi Fuzheng injection had obvious clinical curative effect in the treatment of the coma patient,it was worth to recommend as a combined medicine in the emergency treatment of the coma patient.更多还原
